Adobe® Photoshop®
Are you tired of loosing revenue from families that bring
in their own memorial folders – or worse, want your competition
to make them. In today’s business world you have to stay
ahead of the do-it-yourselfers. This session will be more
concept- based and supplemented with the skills to get you
there – meaning that we will start with the end product
– the memorial folder – and then go through the
steps to get you there. Some of the Photoshop basics will
be covered as well as shortcuts and tips to make you more
efficient.

Microsoft® Excel®
This software can be a manager’s best ally. From month
by month to annual reporting and for future forecasting, this
spreadsheet program can do it all. Annual pricelist increases
are made easy with Excel® as well as producing Preneed
statistics and tracking competitor’s obits with on-the-fly
calculations. Participants will receive a review of the basic
commands but the bulk of the presentation will focus on applying
Excel to funeral home management tasks.

Robin can facilitate workshops for other commercial software
including Google TM PowerPoint®,
Outlook®, Word®, MSN Messenger®, Maximizer®,
WordPerfect®, plus Hep’s Top Free Software and Utilities.
