your next conference.
Speaking Fees
Keynote Address: $1,000
1 - 3 hour Presentation or 1/2 day workshop facilitation (3
hours): $1,000
4 - 6 hour Presentation or full day workshop facilitation
(6 hours): $1,500
Additional 6 hour day (for panel or round table discussions):
$1,000
Promotional Materials Provided
Robin will provide you with the following:
- A print-ready ad for your newsletter at your desired specifications
- A full page (8.5 x 11) .pdf that you can email as an attachment
or upload to your website
- Any necessary promotional pictures or headshots in your
desired file format
- Optional: Promotional Postcards with seminar information
($50 for 1st 100, $35 per additional 100)
Attendance at Social Events
Robin will make himself available to attend all of your social
events (travel arrangements permitting).
Costs Not Included in Speaking Fee
Registration: One full conference registration
Travel arrangements: Round trip airfare (coach / economy class)
from Victoria, BC
Ground transporation: To and from airport to conference location
Accommodations: Regular room including Internet access &
fitness facility access at host venue
Recording of Presentations
Robin records (audio or video) his presentations. He will
provide your funeral home, association or group with one DVD
copy for your library.
Payment Terms
Speaking fee is payable upon arrival at conference or in advance.
All travel costs are payable as incurred.
Revenue Opportunities
Additional Workshops & Private Consultations
If you like to offer your members a technical workshop in
addition to the full registration, Robin will split all proceeds
50/50 and will assist in the promotion of the workshop. The
association may also choose to offer a discount to its members
from its portion of the revenue. The same revenue sharing
would apply to private consultations that are promoted by
the association.
Sale of Speakers Merchandise
Robin may choose to sell merchandise following the presentation.
He will pay the association 10% of all sales on site. If the
association provides staff to sell the merchandise, he will
pay the association 20%.
Sale of Seminar Packages & DVDs
If you would like to sell Seminar Packages & DVD copies
of the presentation, additional copies may be sold to your
members or customers with 50% of the proceeds being paid to
Heppell Funeral Solutions. Each package will include 1 DVD,
1 copy of Presentation Handouts plus any additional resources
(printed or electronic). Packages cannot be sold for less
than $60 not including shipping and handling.
Guarantee
If you feel that you did not received value for your investment,
the entire speaking fee will be refunded.
